This comes up in WTF as Dreamland or Showcard Gothic. Does anybody know of a match in SignLab, Gerber Omega or Illustrator?

Showcard Gothic is the commercial version from Font Bureau who owns the design. Dreamland is the renamed, pirated, clone version available here for free.

Either one can be installed on a Windows system and used in Illustrator or converted in Omega or Signlab.
