SP-300 color issue

My SP-300 is having a slight color issue with red.

The cap tops are new along with the wipers, scraper and ink cartridges.

I have included a test print.

I have cleaned the encoder strip a few times and also done a Manuel cleaning and a medium head cleaning to no avail.
