SP 300 V Stops Says Temperature Low

last couple months my sp300v will just stop and beep, says temp to low even in sleep mode, only way to get out of it is to shut down completely for a minute or two and then restart, does this about once every two weeks or so and one time in the middle of a print. temp set at 98/102 can raise or lower temp a little and problem still pops up occasionally.

asking for some input thanks in advance

Turn up the heat in your shop, 35 degrees is too cold for the machine, it's spring. :Big Laugh

The temp too low is referring to the air temp. Oddly enough I had the same message last week when I unplugged the ribbon cable from my head and turned the power back on. May be a sensor going bad?

Low temp errors usually mean the print head temperature is abnormal. You can check the head thermistor in the service menu. You should have a reading of about room temperature or slightly higher. If the thermistor temperature is extremely high or low compared to room temp, it can mean that the head is failing or there is a short developing somewhere. It can also mean that the room temperature is not acceptable for the head to work properly. I would check and replace any bad head cables and also air dust the terminals.

As stated above, the error will pop up when you turn the machine on without head cables plugged in because the main board can't get a reading from the head thermistor without the cable and defaults to, too low.
