SP-540 Ink problems

My yellow and magenta constantly mix together in the dampers. I have to do several cleaning to get it clear to finally start printing. I have already replaced the cap top and it is still happening. Any suggestions??

Capping adjust for one. How often do you print with this unit?

I run the printer pretty often, Usually 3 times a week for 4 hours each time

Capping station

Does the capping station drain when you put cleaning solution in it. I had a printer that had dried ink in the line to the pump so even the new cap didn't help. Squeeze the tubes and if they are hard you have to clear them out
