SP540v contour cut is trailing of by end of length??

Hey there,

Just looking for some advice on why the cutline on my 540v starts fine at the control panel end but by the time its at the other end its gone out by nearly a full centimetre.

have tried an env. match and print cut alignment.

any ideas?

I had a similar issue, but not to the extent of a cm! I solved it by slowing the cut and travel times down substantially.

I have an SP540V and have posted regarding its contour cutting. There are a number of things you can do, but it takes some detective work on your part. Search my posts regarding what I did. Shouldn't have to go too far back.
Just not up to typing a book again.LOL

i may have exaggerated with a cm lol!
i think the cause of my issue is the far pinch roller rubber is coming off slowly and has a bit of play in it.
have ordered a fresh one today i hope that helps!
