Speckled prints

Hi guys, as my last post said, all new to this so forgive this question if it's a simple fix

My colours appear to have some kind of speckled appearance to them. I have a vp300i roland.

Can anyone suggest things for me to try to see if I can correct this issue.

Especially noticeable in the yellow.
