Spitfire 65 Troubles. HELP!!!

My Spitfire 65 prints a very nice and rich test print (i have a new heads) but when i start to print from RIP i have a problem with blured edges. cyan and magenta are divide in two. double edges of cyan and magenta. Can you help me?

Alignments? Post some pictures.


See this picture, please, the head adjusts and height do nothing with this problem...

I dont recognize that particular test pattern.

It does look like the front to back is off on your magenta.
As well as the slant on magenta and black.

I would recommend doing a full set of alignments in maintenance mode.

But i have already did it, I did all of alignments in service mode such as bi-directional, uni-directional and bi-d400, and all printers own tests are more than good, and only I start to print from onyx or photoprint - cyan and magenta have a double contour. This problem has occured suddenly, after deinstalling/installing yellow head. What it may be - cr-board? cr-sensor? virus? I think that my head will blow up cause of this.

Did you do slants and front to back alignments?

If it ONLY happens from the RIP, then less likely it is from printer.
