Starving for ink

Have a problem with a Roland XJ-740. I print alot of solid colors and at times it seems like it starves for ink thus creating lines all in my print. ANy ideas?

first is it all the colors or does it seem to be a single color? there are many ways to isolate the issue, but first the color that is starving has to be identified.
