Static cling bands real bad - profile?

I use flexi mutoh edition right now and I cannot get the banding out of this static cling im using. Especially in the blues, it leaves dark wavy lines (print in wave1.) Pf adjust doesn't help, it just makes the lines less dark and then leaves white areas inbetween each wave.

So I am hoping that it is either a heat setting issue or a profile issue. I do not have any static cling specific profiles, so maybe someone can point me in the right direction?

sounds like profile issue.

static cling does not have a very long shelf life.
it has a high percentage of plasticizers, which can quickly migrate to the surface and cause printing issues.

Getting Same Issue

I'm getting this same issue right now and i'm just scratching my head. I have 3 static clings i'm printing right now. green red and blue. Greens come out great, but the blue and red has the issue of looks like less ink in the second pass. Looks like banding. I tried changing my heats and upping the passes.

Clear static cling comes out great.

Anyone have any ideas? could it be a bad batch?
