Hi All, this is my first post.
I have a Mimaki JV33 which prints great (5yrs old ecosol solvent ink I bought it band new with a matching plotter)
HOWEVER I am printing on ELECTROSTATIC WHITE Concept 208-54 STATIC CLING
There is strange marks on a lot of the print ...as though when it wraps back on the roll after printing, the ink was not dry properly and made marks .
Ths is NOT the case. The marks are on the roll before printing as when you look closely with the right reflection you can see splotches. These marks have happened in the manufacture and are hard to see when no print is down however when printed you can follow the marks and see them on the unprinted parts of the estatic cling.
Has anyone else had these marks appear when printing on STATIC CLING
I preheat to 28deg and after print at 36deg
