Does anyone know where to get stencils?

We need to paint on a block of text (480 characters, 2" high, 105" x 75" area) on vinyl fabric.

It will be used as wrap for material being shipped and contains government required information.

Each block of text must appear on each side of the material, so each stencil would be used twice. There are two different stencils.

We normally cut paint masks, but this is a lot of vinyl, a lot of weeding, and therfore a lot of time.

We've considered printing on similar fabric and then sewing it in, but most shippers use stencils.

Do you know where to get them?

Find a local sheet metal shop that has a laser or waterjet.

Anyone that has a CNC router can make stencils.

Or have you thought about a silkscreen?

depending on how many of these you need..........YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN STENCILS........... get the STENCIL MATERIAL, run it thur your plotter, it will cut it somewhat...then finish by hand.

That Hand-Jet Pen is the coolest solution I've ever heard of. I wonder if it's available in the U.S. and at what cost.

Each marking contains 16 lines of 2" text, the longest line is 105" long.

This thing would work perfectly if we can get it (and afford it).
