Step & Repeat Banner Stand

I need a source for temporary, exterior banner stands, for use as backdrops at festivals and one-day events. I think they are also know as "pipe & drape" stands, but I can't find anything to purchase that really meets my needs.

I can't even find what i'm looking for in my trade show supply catalogs. Help please!
