Which version of Flexi has the drivers for the new(er) Mutohs? I'm running 8.02, and hopefully by the beginning of next month will have a new 1204 delivered to my door, so I know I'll have to upgrade the RIP. Just didn't want to pay for more than I needed, as I'm only using Flexi as the RIP.

I believe anything after 7.6 should have drivers.

Check your Flexi, it should have drivers already.

Seems to me there were some issues with 8.0, but I have been running 8.1 for years.

Hmm...I've got the disk for 8.1, and the only drivers it lists are for the Falcons, the Toucans and a couple other older models - nothing for the new(er) Valuejets and PrismJets. Is there a profile that I can use from one of the older models, maybe?

Yeah, I think maybe they are not on the earlier disks.

I believe that this should install it:

There is an install text.

The VJs are supported by 8.1, I use it all the time.


And no, these are VERY different from the Falcons, Toucans and the older models.

Excellant! Yep, I have one of the early 8. versions of Flexi; thanks for that link Randy! I'm sure I'll have setup questions once it gets here..!
