It could be contamination from your media.

Clean your rollers, then clean your media for testing purposes.

Otherwise, check for something nearby that may be contaminating your media.
Air lines, compressors, painting, spraying, etc...

i solved situation by cleaning all rollers an that plastic around them once more time, clean up the head completlly, and it worked...

'til now, when i got these stripes, i just let the vinyl on heaters for few seconds, before i drop down rollers, and it was ok... now, that wasnt enoguh...

We get this problem on our vj1604's. It generally happens on softer materials like 3M180Cv3 or some banner materials. The only thing that works is reducing the heat on the preheater.

well... im again getting these stripes!!! :banghead::banghead::banghead:

I cleaned all rollers twice! i usually have temperatures around 30 C - 34 C. Im getting them on all materials... perf, matt vinyl, banner, paper,...

im affraid, that if i lower temperature, print wont be fine...

edit;
i guess the problem is in temperature. right now im printing perf, and i just turn heaters off, and stripes are gone. but i cant turn off heaters on vinyl... i guess i just have to guess right temperature... but that takes time... checking it every time i want to print something, doing test prints...
