stuck on warming up

Hello Signs 101 Family

Any help will be appreciated.

I have a mutoh valuejet 1604.

when sending files to print from wasatch, it gets hung up on warming up.

the data light blinks for a few minutes then stays on.

i've sent over different files and get the same result.

let me know if you guys have any suggestions.

Probably not reaching the temperature setpoints.
Could be sensor issue or heater issue.
