Stumped and Frustrated

I am trying to print from flexi to my Mutoh Falcon II. The ip addresses are set to the same numbers and every time I go to print it says "cannot open port". I have been messing with this for 2 days now and I am at my wits end. Does anyone know what my issue may be? Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

ip address should be first three sets same last one different

Did you update your computer recently? Sometimes windows updates will end up blocking certain ports and you have to reopen then in your computer or your actual router.

No I didn't update anything. This is a new purchase. I've tried it on an XP cpu and a windows 7 cpu and the same thing keeps happening.

Try deleting your printer out of the production manager and reset ip when you "add printer"
