When ordering vinyl do you order directly from the the manufacturer i.e. 3m, oracal, helix companies like that or do you go through a supplier? Thanks!

You go through a supplier, unless you order A LOT of vinyl.

If you are in Stockton California, Denco Sales in Concord may have what you are looking for. I believe 3M 1080 series is what they stock.
