Stupid salesman

Had a sales guy come in last week talking about Roland stuff.
Seemed really knowledgable about such things.

He asked if he could look at the settings on VersaWorks (if I didn't mind).
I didn't then but do now!

He changed something in my queue settings.

In trying to print jobs that I have done before, the colors are not even
close.

How can I (short of un installing the prog.) get it back to the default settings?

Call the SOB up and tell him if he doesn't come back now, well, like Si said, ".... red is positive, black is negative when you connect it to his 'nads!".

I'd call that f___ing A__hole and tell him to get his fat _ss back to you shop and fix what he screwed up Pronto Tonto!
Don't touch anything till he does that.

Sorry, that just really burns me up.

If you have any old jobs saved as RVW files, you should be able to open them in VW and check what settings you used, and then transfer those settings to the queue.

If you are using Roland Color Library for your colors, go to File Format in Versaworks and make sure that "Convert Spot Colors" is checked.
