Substrate Suggestions

I am looking for suggestions on what to use and where to find an inexpensive indoor substrate for 10" X 12" or similar size signs.
Not coroplast, but something a little better= a little more cost
I need about 50 pieces to start

I know about a thin plastic material that Accuform supplies. I can get it from my ex-employer, an industrial supply company, for $8.00 each for 10" X 14"

I read about PVC and other materials on this forum, but I am unfamiliar with a lot of them.

Any Suggestions?

Sintra or Komatex (both are name brands of the same PVC material)

Polystyrene

Foamboard (the kind with the polystyrene coating - not paper)

What is a brand name of the foamboard with poly face? My local doesnt have this, I dont think...

FireSprint.com

Trade Only Screen & Digital Sign Printing
I assume you're going to stick vinyl to this? I would take a sample of whatever ideas you have to your customer. Foam board might be a little soft. I was always worried about that unless your using it in a super-temporary application or somewhere completely out of reach.
