subtank refill

help--i was having E121ERROR SUBTANK LO Y error--- the valve was not responding---replaced my valve assembly---now it errors out with the same error or reads SUBTANK REFILL---and i can't print. any ideas--i guess i need to refill the subtank, but can't seem to figure out how to do that

From the menu go to clean and then little charge... do this twice...

actually it was the valve assembly--not opening to fill the tank--changed out
and now it's working--thanks tho
