Summa D140 problem

Hi all,
my cutter has been working great contour cutting all fine, then today it started to cut deep lines in sections and not just going around an object as before. It looks like it is trying to cut the whole thing out backing as well, please help.

First, call Summa and see what they say. Their tech guys are great and should be able to solve most issues over the phone with you.

Second, take your covers off the ends and make sure nothing has come loos or bolts backing out. I have a friend in Cleveland who discovered this very thing with his D140 and after he tightened all the bolts/screws he was back in business. I also have a D140 but have not experienced this issue.
