Need Help Summa D140 wont cut after reading OPOS marks

Please help... our Summa cutter has decided to stop cutting. It will read the barcode, check skew etc but then it goes back to the beginning and stops.

Has anyone else had this issue and/or know how to fix it?

The barcode server usually shows an error. What's it say?

Thanks for the reply Bly. We ended up doing a reset to default settings and then recalibrated the opos and it's working properly again.
