My company prints batches on 17 ounce vinyl material about 3-8 times a year. We have to outsource our cutting since we do not have the capability at this time, usually the company that cuts for us sets the file up for their Summa cutter.
To save time for us and for the outside company, I want to be able to set these files up ourselves for Summa cutting. I'm waiting on our I.T. to download the Illustrator plugin, but since we do not own a Summa, are we able to get/use the plugin for Illustrator? Is there a work around for this or a free plugin that replicates the Summa layout?
