Need Help summa s140t not search of the next barcode

Hello,
I am a new user of summa S140T
I have a problem cutting barcode with Summa cutter control
I have many different files printed on a roll
I turn on summa cutter control > barcode server > find first barcode
positions the knife on the plotter and approves
summa finds the file and cuts it, but when it finishes it doesn't look for the next barcode ?

We don't really use that any more but when that happened we just took the print out and fed it in the other way to cut the last bit.
Never worked out why it happened.
I think there's another thread on here about the same issue.

summa writes that barcode is an automatic process and should force another search for barcode.
prepares files in coreldraw and then saves in winplot as .PRN file

everything works fine plotter cuts files from barcode
but it only cuts out the first file but when it finishes it doesn't look for the next barcode I had no problem before because I didn't have summa

Try a firmware upgrade on the summa? That’d be my first test

OMG -
I upgrade firmware summa MD9980 039

the update is complete, the message power off and on appears.
after turning on the white display what can I do?

the computer cannot see the device
the diode next to the usb plotter is off

PLEASE HELP !
