Summa S160D Pressure Issues

Hey all, Not sure if this is the right place to post this.

I have a Summa S160D and i'm experimenting with the OPOS Barcode system. I am having a small issue when cutting using the OPOS, my knife pressure is too high. It cuts through the backer. I test and set the pressure under knife pressure and it cuts fine. but when I send a job the pressure shoots up. If I cut a job without OPOS is cuts fine. Is there a setting I am missing?? I am using Onyx Thrive to send the cut file to my cut server.

check in onyx if you have a pressure set. If so, it will override anything setup in the cutter directly. I run with caldera and my setup is to whatever the setting directly on the cutter.

Could be that you have a pressure preset in the cutter layer settings in CutServer.
