Summa S75T plotting to big

We have acquired 2 Summa S75T plotter/cutters. We are having a problem with both of them plotting out inconsistently, one file will cut the right sixze and then the next will plot approximately .5 of a millimetre large on a 75 x 34mm rectangle.

We are using Coreldraw and Winplot for graphics and to send to the cutter. we follow the same procedure for all files but are getting the variable results. the plotter is picking and plotting the reg marks correctly but is cutting the individual components of the document larger. it is not just printing at say 103% as the registration marks are correct.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

different materials? .5 mm is not too much, and thickness difference in materials could account for it I suppose
