Being a grandpa is more fun than working
First thought was pad printing, due to the ink (+ catalyst) required to print on an elastomer. I looked it up, and they also suggested screen printing.
Are you sure they're latex? With all the issues of allergies, I would assume they might be silicone or nitrile.
