Table project with vinyl printed

I project to sold table top for a restaurent. The basic is to cover clean and plane old table with no defect on it. I keep in mind some plate was be pretty hot some time and i would like if i use 3m ij35c with laminate 8508 gloss it was sufficient. Or can you give me some trick or consultings.

On tables a word of caution.

Any graphic edge that people can pick at...they will.

Will they be changed out or permanent? If permanent I'd lay down the print and cover with a flow coat of epoxy.
