table top graphics

I need to laminate graphics on table tops. The tops are outdoors, hard plastic (look like rock). The top surface is worn out some.
I will do a media adhesion test but I need to find a top laminate that will:

• resist wear/tear
• be clear
• be somewhat economical (30 tables, 42" diam)
• be UV resistant

I was thinking lamex 8 mil. I know 3M makes a urethane laminate (used on undersides of C130 by the army) but it is too expensive.

Any ideas?

What about a clear coat epoxy resin?
