tech help over phone

Anyone know of a tech that would give service instructions help over phone or email . would pay by the job . Have a mimaki cjv30 that want to do some upgrading and maintenance . The only tech guys here in orlando is tubelite and they are arrogant and dont know how they are in business . Any referrals would be appreciated .
