The 4 Mil will work just fine, whats the application where it needs to conform? Make sure you use edge seal!

I really appreciate the reply people but I'm not sure you understand...

3M Makes 8624 and 8524 but they are not non skid because when 3M made textured films for this market they only thought bricks walls and whatnot - no sidewalks..

So once again....I'm looking for a NON SKID CAST film that will take heat and conform....

bueller?

hmm...I did actually here about this but I think it's crazy expensive. I'm trying to stay within a vehicle wrap budget (per sqft)

Material cost is around $2.75 a sqft. You don't need (and can't use) lamination with it, so it's not that far off from a quality wrap kit. Installation is far easier, so you can make it up on that end.

Thanks a lot guys - I really appreciate that. Have you used it yet? It's coming in at 1800.00 per roll. I have to lay 300' of this in 24" sections. Should we just roll it?

Rolling it is the easiest way. A RollePro works great, but might be a little small for such a big task. I successfully used a standard paint roller by getting a relatively firm foam 8" roller and wrapping it firmly with duct tape. You *might* consider getting a sod roller at home depot and wrapping the drum with outdoor/very low pile carpet. Put the material down where you want it, lightly tacking it, then going back over the whole thing with the sod roller. I bet that would work pretty good.
