Thanks for putting out the buggiest version of Flexi since version 7.something-or-other....HOLY CRAP! 3 workstations here with Flexi and all of us having numerous issues since the latest build update. It's like Apple took over the updating for Flexi. I love having to restart my computer and Flexi several times a day again.

What issues are you having and are they the same across all three stations? I personally haven't had any issues with the latest version 12 but I am not in a production environment.

As a side note did you clear preferences after updating the software? If not I would give that a try as you could have temp files from the previous version that don't play well with the new build. I always recommend clearing preferences whenever an update is done.

we had a ton of problems as well..

calibration issues with an hp z3100

transparency issues across the board..

general crash issues..

and tech did connect with us to delete temp files... reset preferences.. seemed to continue being issues... Transparencies were definetely the biggest issues.

That being said I really like the product. We went back to onyx, flexi was kind enough to refund us the month or two we were on it, and I was happy with their attempted level of support.. I told them to let me know when they work it out.

I found the color profiling much better (other than its incompatibility with the z3100) than onyx. The blocks for color limits were much easier to read.. sounds like a small thing but made a difference for us.

And on a hp latex like we have, it has a click box to start heating up the printer while you are laying out your prints. It did cause the hp to lock up a few times though.. lots of good potential... hopefully they reach it.
