Personally, my only interest in the iPad 3 is for my husband, who seriously needs one. He wouldn't let me get him one for Christmas because he wanted to wait for the iPad 3. I'm just looking forward to not having to listen to him cussing out his HP tablet.

Wish I had a gadget company. Every 5 months come out with something that does that same thing, in a different manner, with a cool new logo and make 1100% profit off of each 1 of the umpteen million sold.

okay... maybe i was exaggerating about him NEEDING an iPad... but he sure as heck deserves one. the poor guy spends half his work week on a plane, has to lug around an HP laptop that weighs a ton, takes frigg'n forever to start up and shut down... and gets scanned by HP every 30 days to make sure he NEVER has a moment of fun with the darn thing... or that his wife didn't try and sneak something naughty in, just to **** them off.

never mind... i'm sticking with NEED... if you're someone who stuck using technology 24/7... why the heck shouldn't it be as enjoyable as possible. if you like the android, great... if this shinny new thing makes your life a little more pleasurable (or a lot ) ... as far as i'm concerned... it's a good thing and i'm happy to see ya have it.

I took my iPad 2 back today at Best Buy so i can save $100 and get the 2 this weekend when they slash the prices down. The 3 looks nice but nothing special IMO. I will save my $100 and hop on the bandwagon!

Planned Obsolescence. iPad3 eh big deal and I like their products. Gotta hand it to the marketing departments. Able to work folks into a lather for an upgrade they don't need. Hmmm...must study them and implement their strategies.LOL
For me, I bought the latest Android Triple E with keyboard from my sister-in-law for pennies on the dollar. Works wonderfully and are slowly integrating it into the business.
