Time Clock Options

I currently have an old fashioned time clock but might just give mytimestation a shot. I only have two employees now but want to be able to expand ad this year I am going to focus on process streamlining and integration as much as possible...I'd like to retire someday and want to start stetting up for that as much as possible.

We use something called "When I Work".
Employees use the app on their phone to clock in and out, request holidays etc.

I tried homebase but could never really get it to work the way I wanted.

We use an older Acroprint FaceVerify clock. Works great and prevents any possible shenanigans. Super easy for the employees too - they literally do not have to touch anything, just walk up to the clock and look at it. Acroprint has a newer version now called BioLook that can use facial reccognition, fingerprint, or RFID badges. Looks like the newer version does not have any sort of software ability (our older one has software that an admin can poll the clock over the network and it calculates time cards and generates reports) and just uses an Excel spreadsheet on a thumb drive to configure and then pull time sheets.

Both are pretty cheap one time costs....
