I am having a problem where one set of the yellow nozzle does not fire at all and the result is a very pale color. my printer has two heads YYLmLmMM and LcLcCCKK. I already tried the following but did not work.
- replace the head and data cable of yellow and magenta with new one
- clean cap station
- flush and replace all ink in the yellow line
- switched the data cables of the two heads (still the problem stayed at the same yellow nozzle)
- switched yellow and magenta line (now magenta is the broken line so same nozzle)
After all of this the error remained in the same nozzle place .
I just also noticed that the head is not perfectly sitting in the capping station during park position. Any suggestion would help.. Thanks! I mage picture black and white to make the lines abvoius.
