Question TPC-100 using 4 cartridges only

Hi all,
How to use only 4 cartridges instead of 8 in the TPC-1000. I don't use my printer enough and the cartridges always expire without being used. My configuration is CYMK with two cartridges of each color.
How connect lines?

With the CMYKx2 configuration, you just put 1 of each color cartridge in and it will still work even with the red lights above the empty slots.
