transit door handles

Hey guys (and Gals)... i tried the search function , couldn't find the post... we have a couple transit connects coming in this week... i thought i read on here how to remove the door handles? i even tried google and youtube.. nothing.. anyone have a link to that post, or any instructions? thanks in advance
