For simple clipart like that, there are actually some "wing ding" fonts floating around. Check Dafont.

Now the problem is I've found too many things I like. Thank you. I do have the Art Jams wing-dings on one of my old computers. The one with Windows 98 I think. I used several of those images before I started printing. Pretty cool.
