Trouble with Fine Cut 8

I have a Mimaki cjv130 that uses fine cut 8 for it's cut program. What it's doing is not detecting the 3rd registation mark. Everytime it gets to the back left mark it beeps and sends the laser back to the start point. I think it might be a setting error, maybe I selected or de-selected something.....The mimaki is having no problems finding the marks, just when I try sending the cut path.

Did any firmwares get updated on machines or drawing programs - I have found that sometimes when things auto update it messes up more than it fixes
