Trouble with importing file in versaworks

Hope I'm posting in the right forum....

I have a customer file that I can not get to load in versaworks. It's an eps direct from their company. I'm not smart enough to figure it out so would anyone be willing to take a look at it and see what the problem is??
It will load fine in Adobe photoshop, Illustrator and Flexi. It tries to load in Versa then comes up as a corrupt file.

Might try copying the image to a new page, then exporting it to versa.

I had a couple of files from another PC and it would come up corrupted. Tried this and it worked.
