Troubleshooting EdgeFX color inconsistency

I printed some interior signs a few years ago on our Edge. They had a background jpg with spot color copy. The customer wants an additional sign that I printed, but the color isn't matching the old signs. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong? The sign I am holding is the misprint, the actual color should look like the image on my computer monitor.
