Question TrueVis VG2 540 Ink status not updating

I am looking for any help. I changed my yellow ink today and it won't reset to show full. I tried switching ink trays with no luck. Pushed the cartridge in and out several times with no luck. Is there a sensor somewhere that registers the ink level. What can I check or do.
