Truvis VG2 - 640 not Sheet Cutting

Please help! my 640 will not do a sheet cut. its runs like it should be but when it goes across the media its like the blade doesn't drop to cut... it was running fine 3 days ago and now suddenly nothing.

I have checked for any updates in the firmware and we are all up to date. the blade looks brand new still.

I just can't figure out what is wrong with it

Make sure the the little metal tray you have to take off to manual clean on the left side is in and fully seated.
