Trying to update Firmware to allow Perf Cutting?

I have downloaded the firmware and tried load it per the instructions from Graphtec and nothing. The process tells you to upload them to the graphtec yet the plotter does not show up in my printer section. Any direction and help would be appreciated.

Are you using the loading programme that was in the zip file done it the other week must have been easy as I have forgotten about it already

BIG EASY DOES IT

Don't you basically just open the file and follow instructions? If it's hooked to a Mac I know it's even easier. Turn it off hold left and right and turn it on and it goes to firmware update.
