Just Me
Just got an AT&T relay call for "Larry"...
his out-of-state parents bought him a 2006 escalade that he needs signage done on, but his poor, poor wife is in the hospital so they want to deliver it directly to us to get the graphics done.
Could we just go ahead and charge his card for the delivery charges (plus an appropriate markup for our trouble) and pay the shipping company?
We told the operator "Let him know we won't be refunding any overpayment, handing his driver cash or in any other way covering any shipping expense up front."
The other party then hung up
