UCJV300 Error 516 Media Set Position R

I have the problem on my UCJV300-160 of the sensor of the media not reading the media, I am using the same vinyl as always and have this issue. I cleaned the sensor and keep having the problem.

I went to #TEST PAPER SENSOR on the technician menu but I am not sure how to reset the sensor.

If someone can help on this I will appreciate it a lot!

There's a line cut in the platen on the right side that the vinyl can't go past or it gives this error. It's very sensitive on this machine so even a slight bit crossing the line will cause it. You just need to move the vinyl over to the left until you can see that line.

I have seen this problem and found that if I was lining the media up level with the platten (and not over the darker curve) it was giving this message. Maybe it was caused by something else - but maybe give it a try.

The solution was to change the black darker curve from where the sensor reads on the right and change it for the one that it is on the left. It might have like a scratch on it that the sensor was reading that the paper was there. I put it here in case someone has the same problem and can find a solution to it.
