Mutoh Falcon outdoor 6-color. Printing 15' banner 75% of the way through the Cyan stops coming through. I just replaced the pump 2 weeks ago, and the cartridges are full, These banners are due tomorrow, anyone have any clue what I could do? Thanks

Now none of the inks come through. Did the cleaning cartridges, fill, now nothing comes through.

Do a nozzle check....what do you get?

The ink isn't getting to the dampers. I have a syringe, but I don't have a little tube to try sucking the ink through.

They're too big, how do i do a head soak?

Okay, I'm soaking the head, I will find a tube tomorrow. I give up. Going home.

Not sure how you're soaking your head, but here's how I do it.

Take a coffee filter, cut in half. Thoroughly soak in cleaning solution (always keep Mutoh Cleaning Solution on hand). Put this over capping station, move head over it, lower head height. Leave overnight.

Then run a few strong cleanings and see what it does.

Also, check the lines on your capping station. THOROUGHLY look them over, the Falcon was horribly notorious for having them gettting caught in the gears and getting cut, effectively cutting off your vacuum, thus stopping any ink from being delivered.
