Upgraded to XR-640 and now my red looks pinkish

I sold my 54" printer and upgraded to the roland xr-640, I use the Roland pallete and the red has a pink tint to it.. What is everyone else using to get a bright red?

Work around for red....

I have the same problem on my VS640. What I found is the color being changed by versaworks. Under the file format tab in setup for the print you will find the input and output CMYK values. I found my output values being changed by versaworks. I have to manually change the output values to the original input value by using the "convert to spot color" box and manually input the CMYK values. I also found PR42k and PR43k print differently at different speeds on the same material. I wish I knew a perminate fix but right now I have to check and convert the spot colors for every print. Keep notes for conversion needed for speed and material type next to rip workstation. P.S..... I still cannot make paragraphs on this site.
