Uploading an Avatar

When I try to upload my Avatar from either my desktop of from a URL it tells me the Upload has Failed. The image is only 100x100px & 26kb both as JPG & PNG... What am I doing wrong. Oh BTW It is completly harmless. LOL

IS it RGB?

The file size must be 20KB or less. You need to resave as JPG with slightly more compression.

i had to shrink my picture down a ton. did it in paint and just kept resizing it untill it was under 20kb then just went to custom avatar and browsed for it and bing bang boom all good
