Urgent Bulk System Ink whit smarts cards?

hi all anyone know how to install a bulk sytem whit smarts cards to a rockhopper II HR 3.00 firmware?

or anyone know if you can downgrade the firmware and if anyone has a firmware to accept 0393 code that I send? or who knows where to download?

I am currently in RH 2.17 BETA and not do if you do an upgrade to RH 3.00
